Charms Office Assistant

 

Charms Office Assistant was launched in 2001 and since has become the unquestioned leader in cloud-based organization, management, and communication for successful organizations.  Charms keeps track of all our student, member, and adult information such as email addresses, phone numbers, what group they are in, their grade, and lots more.  Charms can organize and make sense of our music library and keep track of our inventory, equipment, props and uniforms.  Charms knows who turned in their form, who missed practice, how much they owe on their trip, and who still hasn't turned in their uniforms.

Login directions for ALL New Members

(Band, Drumline, Pit, Orchestra, Color Guard and Jazz Band)

1. Click the Login Icon

2. Select the Parents/Students/Members Option

3. Enter the School Code - TUMusicDepartment

4. Enter your student ID as your password - Each student has been issued a TU Student ID number that is                  listed on their class schedule or may be viewed on Aeries. 

    (Example: Freshmen - 20201234, Sophomores - 20191234, Juniors - 20181234, Seniors - 20171234)  

5. After logging in, you will be directed to create a new password. 

    Create a password that can be used by student/parents and use the hint feature.

6. You should now be able to view your student profile on Charms Office.

Login directions for Members who used Charms last year.

1. Click the Login Icon

2. Select the Parents/Students/Members Option

3. Enter the School Code - TUMusicDepartment

4. Enter your personal password.  If you do not remember your password, first try the show hint option.                    If this option doesn't work, type 12345678 and click Enter. To reset your password, please enter your name as        well as your school email address (ex. xy9876@tjuhsd-student.org) or cell phone number (or both).

    Charms will search for a match and will send an email/text message to the student's email 

    address/cell phone on file with a link to change the password.

5. Create a password that can be used by student/parents and use the hint feature.

6. You should now be able to view your student profile on Charms Office.
